A leading multinational company in Mexico City seeks an HR Services Manager to translate business strategy into people actions. Formación

• 5+ years in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Experience in multinational companies or matrixed environments.
• Experience managing multiple HR processes and tools.
• Experience with Mexican Federal Labor Law.
• Experience with Mexican Federal Labor Law and related regulations.
• Experience integrating HR solutions within complex, matrixed or multinational organization.
• Collaborative and able to anticipate risks, guide practical solutions and foster an inclusive culture.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and oversee HR projects.
• Serve as the liaison between business leaders and HR.
• Support leaders in change management.
• Lead core HR processes including talent acquisition.
• Analyze HR metrics for insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Labor Law, internal policies and global HR standards.
• Partner with Directors, Managers and employees across Corporate and other sites.
• Collaborate with internal HR partners and COEs such as Talent and Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee & Labor Relations, Payroll, PPSC and HRBPs.
• Manage external relationships with consultants, law firms and partners such as Gallup to ensure best practices and compliance.
• Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion and ethical leadership.
• Participate in audits, continuous improvement programs and regional/global HR projects.
• Provide senior management with dashboards, insights and recommendations that inform decision-making.

HR Services Manager

We are seeking an HR Services Manager to translate PPG’s business strategy into people actions to ensure company results through people. This role reports to the Latam HR Business Services Head and is based in Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee HR projects that enhance performance and strengthen organizational capability.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business leaders and HR, ensuring solutions address specific organizational needs.
• Support leaders in change management, organizational design, and culture transformation through on-site presence.
• Lead core HR processes including talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, learning & development, engagement and retention.
• Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, performance) to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Labor Law, internal policies and global HR standards.
• Partner with Directors, Managers and employees across Corporate and other sites such as Casa Comex, CFI, FPU & CIC and CIP sites.
• Collab​orate with internal HR partners and COEs such as Talent and Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee & Labor Relations, Payroll, PPSC and HRBPs.
• Manage external relationships with consultants, law firms and partners such as Gallup to ensure best practices and compliance.
• Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion and ethical leadership.
