Kion Group AG is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to act as an advanced operational resource across the Americas, delivering process expertise, coordination, and leadership support across the employee lifecycle.

The role focuses on standardizing processes, governance, and continuous improvement, with informal leadership within HR Ops and collaboration with HR Partners, Centers of Excellence, and multiple teams in a global environment. Fluency in English required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of HR Operations experience.
• Experience supporting HR Operations, Shared Services, or Process Improvement.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Knowledge of process documentation (SOPs, maps) and governance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle competing priorities.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned HR operational processes and services.
• Coordinate cross-functional operational requests across stakeholders and teams.
• Clarify requirements, identify dependencies, risks, and escalation paths.
• Facilitate communication among employees, managers, HR Ops, and Centers of Excellence.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and knowledge resources.
• Lead knowledge transfer, training, and readiness activities for process changes.
• Identify and sustain process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Lead small/medium operational projects and support implementation of new processes.
