Job summary

Kion Group AG is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to execute employee lifecycle processes across the Americas. You will support employees, managers, and HR stakeholders, maintain data accuracy, and ensure policy compliance while contributing to a positive employee experience.

You will work with HR systems and collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency, documentation, and process outcomes. English fluency is required for cross‑border support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting HR operations, service delivery, administration, compliance activities, data management, or similar business functions.
• Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SharePoint) preferred.
• Experience managing transactions, employee records, requests, casework, or operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR operational activities and processes in accordance with established policies, procedures, service standards, and compliance requirements.
• Manage operational requests, transactions, and casework, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant completion.
• Maintain employee data, records, and documentation while ensuring a high level of accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
• Support compliance, audit, reporting, and documentation activities related to HR processes and employee records.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate process execution, resolve routine process‑related issues, and ensure effective process outcomes.
• Maintain and contribute to operational documentation, including procedures, work instructions, templates, job aids, and knowledge resources.
• Identify and support opportunities to improve process efficiency, process quality, consistency, and overall effectiveness.
• Support implementation of new processes, technologies, programs, and operational initiatives.
