Job summary

KION Business Services Polska is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to serve as the primary intake and support resource for employee, manager, and HR inquiries in the Americas. You will triage requests, document cases, and route them to the right teams, ensuring timely communication and accurate records.

You will use approved knowledge resources and Workday to resolve routine inquiries, escalate complex matters, and help improve knowledge articles and templates.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Experience supporting employees, managers, or HR operations in a service environment.
• Experience with documented processes, ticketing, or shared inbox environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee, manager, and HR inquiries via approved service channels.
• Receive, document, triage requests, and route to appropriate teams.
• Resolve routine HR inquiries using knowledge articles and procedures; provide timely updates.
