GE HealthCare, a global medical technology leader, is offering an HR Intern position based in Monterrey, NL. You will support HR operations, employee experience initiatives, and compliance projects within a manufacturing environment, gaining hands-on exposure to processes, training, and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, help document workflows, assist with communication and events, and contribute to workforce programs while developing skills in analytics,

Formación

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Expected graduation date June 2028 or later.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Availability to work 100% onsite Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Collaborate in the preparation, monitoring, and documentation of operational workforce programs and performance management activities.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of employee training sessions related to company policies, workplace expectations, and organizational initiatives.
  • Assist with process mapping, documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across HR administrative processes.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard work instructions, and reporting tools.
  • Support employee communication initiatives and HR events as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement projects that enhance HR operational effectiveness.

Job Description Summary

The HR Intern will support Human Resources initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment, contributing to employee experience, compliance, training, and continuous improvement projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, process standardization, workforce programs, and administrative excellence while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

This internship offers exposure to employee relations, HR operations, compliance, training, continuous improvement, and organizational initiatives, providing a strong foundation for a future career in Human Resources.

This is a full-time onsite internship based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support HR team initiatives focused on employee experience, engagement, and workforce effectiveness.
  • Collaborate in the preparation, monitoring, and documentation of operational workforce programs and performance management activities.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of employee training sessions related to company policies, workplace expectations, and organizational initiatives.
  • Assist with process mapping, documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across HR administrative processes.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard work instructions, and reporting tools.
  • Support employee communication initiatives and HR events as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement projects that enhance HR operational effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Human Resources team.
Required Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: Industrial Engineering Business Administration Or related field
  • Expected graduation date of June 2028 or later .
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Availability to work 100% onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Characteristics
  • Interest in Human Resources, employee relations, labor compliance, HR operations, or continuous improvement.
  • Experience through academic projects, internships, student organizations, or extracurricular activities.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
