Univar in Mexico City is seeking an HR Inquiries Administrator to join our Shared Services team and manage HR cases end-to-end. You will resolve inquiries and collaborate with the Tier 1 group to meet SLA targets and deliver service excellence.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1+ year HR Shared Services or call center experience, familiarity with HRIS and ServiceNow, and strong written and spoken English for broad Employee communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in HR or Business.
• 1+ years in HR Shared Services, Call Center, or service environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS and shared HR technologies.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and deliver high-quality service.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer experience, problem-solving with discernment and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver consistent results with a customer-centric mindset and service delivery excellence.
• Provide tier-one support for all employees and managers, answering inquiries and guiding on HR policies.
• Assist in monitoring team members' cases contributing to peer quality review process, using ServiceNow.
• Assist in case queues, ensuring cases are evenly distributed and timely.
• Respond to associate inquiries with clear and professional information.
• Participate in training sessions to improve HR case management knowledge.
