Job summary

MuchoRed is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support U.S. HR operations from our office in Mexico. With 3–5 years in human resources, you will handle benefits, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee relations to help our teammates thrive.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, highly organized, proactive, and familiar with U.S. employment practices and multi-state payroll. You will partner with HRIS and payroll teams to ensure accurate records and timely processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. HR practices and employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (Paycor).
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and FSA plans.
• Maintain HRIS records, generate reports, and conduct HR audits.
• Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support multi-state payroll processing, payroll taxes, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and OSHA.
• Assist with performance management, employee relations, and HR initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and confidential HR documentation.
