Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law across jurisdictions.
• Experience coordinating with Centers of Excellence to deliver HR programs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to staff inquiries and conduct investigations; advise managers on resolution.
• Promote organizational values and foster an engaged work environment.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies across divisions.
• Coordinate with CoEs to deliver HR programs and onboarding.
• Conduct onboarding and exit interviews to capture feedback and trends.
• Support Health & Safety initiatives and committees as needed.
