Sensient Technologies is seeking an HR Generalist for our Tlalnepantla, Mexico site. This full-time, office-based role requires handling end-to-end HR, from recruitment to payroll, employee relations, and performance management.

You will advise leaders and staff on HR policies, support onboarding, manage union and non-union relations, and contribute to HR projects and reporting. Fluency in English is required to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• HR generalist experience across full lifecycle in a manufacturing setting.
• Fluency in English required.
• Experience with unions is a plus.
• HRIS experience with Oracle Cloud or similar systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end HR support across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, compensation, and benefits.
• Serve as primary HR contact advising leaders and employees on policies and people-related matters.
• Manage employee relations issues for union and non-union employees while ensuring compliance with labor laws and directives.
• Lead recruitment activities: approvals, job profiles, sourcing, screening, and coordination with recruiters.
• Oversee HR and payroll transactions (hires, terminations, promotions, salary changes) ensuring data accuracy.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, performance cycles, change initiatives, engagement programs, and HR projects.
• Prepare HR reports, facilitate employee roundtables, and drive HR policy/process improvements.

What you’ll do:

• Provide end-to-end HR support across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, compensation, and benefits.
• Serve as the primary HR contact, advising leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and people-related matters.
• Manage employee relations issues for union and non-union employees while ensuring compliance with labor laws and corporate directives.
• Lead recruitment activities, including approvals, job profile management, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination with recruiters and agencies.
• Oversee HR and payroll transactions (hires, terminations, promotions, salary changes) while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, performance management cycles, change initiatives, employee engagement programs, and HR projects.
• Prepare HR reports, facilitate employee roundtables, and drive implementation of corporate HR strategies, policies, and process improvements.

What you’ll bring:

• HRIS experience: Oracle Cloud or similar HCM/HRIS/ATS systems preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office packages, with strong Excel reporting skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, preferably in Human Resources or a Business- related discipline or equivalent experience is required.
• HR generalist experience of the full HR/employee lifecycle in a fast-paced manufacturing environment required, experience working with unions a plus.
• Recruitment experience: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, preparing offers and coaching hiring managers.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully and independently managing employee relation issues.
• Fluency in English.
