PPG seeks an HR data administrator for its PPSC Partner in Querétaro to support the employee lifecycle and compensation changes. You will process transactions in Workday, maintain HR records, respond to inquiries, and ensure data accuracy and compliance across HR services.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, HR administration, HR operations, shared services, or data management roles.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Process employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, status changes, leaves of absence, separations, and other personnel updates through the Workday Human Capital Management platform.
• Support compensation-related processes by administering promotions, demotions, salary adjustments, wage changes, and other compensation transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Build employee documentation and system information, ensuring both approvals and supporting documents are correct.
• Provide support regarding HR policies, procedures, data processing activities, and HR service requests, resolving issues and answer employee inquiries.
• Maintain electronic and physical employee files observing company policies, legal requirements, and record-keeping standards.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of HR data by reviewing transactions, identifying inconsistencies, and supporting process improvements within HR operations.
