Job summary

Flex is seeking an HR Advisor in Guadalajara to drive HR solutions for the business, employees, and HR teams by using systems, tools, and data. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will ensure timely support and alignment with policies.

On a typical day you will promote self-service, deliver data insights for critical decisions, own HR data, execute processes under SLAs, support salary administration and other HR facets, and maintain privacy-compliant practices.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced English.
• Minimum experience of Human Resources or related experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to proactively develop and drive initiatives.
• Ability to communicate and demonstrate technical expertise with internal customers.
• Flexible schedule availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enable the self-service delivery model.
• Facilitate insights and data intelligence for critical decision making.
• Owner of key HR data.
• Process execution under operational metrics (SOP/SLA).
• Supports HR Core services in HR systems and other HR functions.
• Maintains collaborative relationships with other departments and sites.
• Maintain and record key information for tracking and history; follow an end-to-end ticketing system.
• Drive continuous improvement and motivate employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, HR Advisor role involves is responsible of driving solutions and actions for the business, employees, and HR teams by utilizing systems, tools, and data. Provide data and information analysis to help solve HR issues, ensuring these adhere to the organizations policies and objectives. Offer high-quality and timely support to employees, centers of expertise, managers and HRBP´s regarding HR matters.

What a typical day looks like:

• Promote and enable the self-service delivery model.

• Facilitate insights and data intelligence for critical decision making.

• Owners of key HR data.

• Process execution under operational metrics(adhered to the standard operating procedures, meeting with the service level agreement)

• PerformsandsupportsHRCore servicesin and out HR systems;like salary administration, compensation & benefits, employee relations,globalmobility, HRhelp desk, HRportal,timeand attendance, HRBP, HRIS support,HR system maintenance and otherfunctional areas such as talent acquisition, complianceand otherad hoc projectsfor employees and managers.

• Maintainsa highly collaborative relationship with other departments and sites, etc.
