Flex is seeking an HR Advisor in Guadalajara to support our teams, drive HR data insights, and deliver high-quality employee service. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will handle salary administration, benefits, employee relations, mobility, and HRIS tasks.

You should have a BA/BS or equivalent, advanced English, and HR experience. A proactive communicator who can work with internal customers and maintain data privacy is essential for this role.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to proactively develop and drive initiatives.
• Ability to communicate and demonstrate technical expertise with internal customers.
• Flexible schedule availability is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide data and information analysis to help solve HR issues, ensuring alignment with policies.
• Drive HR core services in and out of HR systems (salary administration, compensation & benefits, employee relations, mobility, HR help desk, HR portal, time/attendance, HRIS).
• Support talent acquisition, compliance and other ad hoc projects for employees and managers.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with other departments and sites to ensure accurate HR data and service delivery.
• Adhere to data privacy regulations and best practices; operate under the automated ticketing system.

Provide data and information analysis to help solve HR issues, ensuring these adhere to the organizations policies and objectives. Offer high-quality and timely support to employees, centers of expertise, managers and HRBP´s regarding HR matters.What a typical day looks like:Promote and enable the self-service delivery model.Facilitate insights and data intelligence for critical decision making.Owners of key HR data.Process execution under operational metrics (adhered to the standard operating procedures, meeting with the service level agreement)Performs and supports HR Core services in and out HR systems; like salary administration, compensation & benefits, employee relations, global mobility, HR help desk, HR portal, time and attendance, HRBP, HRIS support, HR system maintenance and other functional areas such as talent acquisition, compliance and other ad hoc projects for employees and managers.Maintains a highly collaborative relationship with other departments and sites, etc.Maintain and record key information for tracking and historical purposes.
