Qualifications

• Experience as a human resource business partner or a blend of operations and HR.
• Experience supporting hourly employee client group.
• Experience working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Partners with senior stakeholders on site-related business and people agenda.
• Drives culture development and leadership engagement for the site.
• Supports org design, succession planning, and talent development.
• Leads workforce planning and talent acquisition activities.
• Manages ER/workplace relations and compliance programs.
