Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking a Senior HRBP to provide full-cycle HR support to our fulfillment centers, shaping people strategies and managing employee relations at scale.

The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of local labor laws, experience as an HR generalist, and the ability to drive process improvements while collaborating with leadership across the organization.

Formación

  • Knowledge of local labor law.
  • Experience as a human resource generalist.
  • Experience with HR theory, functions and practice.
  • Experience supporting hourly employee client group.
  • Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide full-cycle HR support to Fulfillment Centers.
  • Drive people initiatives and HR functional excellence.
  • Develop and implement employee relations, retention and reward programs.
  • Coach and mentor management to build capability.
  • Ensure high levels of employee engagement and service.
  • Interface with leaders across the organization at all levels.
  • Use data to support recommendations and decisions.

Key Job Responsibilities
Role

The Senior HRBP is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our Amazon Fulfillment Centers. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company
  • A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
  • Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
  • Coaching and mentoring at management level
  • Success in creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs
  • Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment

Basic Qualifications
  • Knowledge of local labor law
  • Experience as a human resource generalist
  • Experience with specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff development
  • Experience supporting hourly employee client group
  • Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management
  • Experience assessing management and executive talent
  • Experience developing and administering HR compensation plans
  • Experience in human resources with companies supporting 250-500 or more associates
