Carrier Global Corporation seeks an HR professional to support employees, managers and HR colleagues across the Americas. The role focuses on first-contact resolution, process accuracy and data integrity within HR systems.

Responsibilities include administering HR transactions, auditing, policy guidance and generating ongoing HR reports. The ideal candidate will have a university degree, one year in HR or customer service, and fluent English to engage with US-based teams.

Formación

• University degree required.
• 1 year of experience in HR or customer service.
• Advanced English (Conversational).
• Provide superior customer service to employees and managers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service, accurate and timely first contact resolution to employees, managers, and HR professionals through phone.
• Support HR Operations with admin transactions, data validation, auditing and corrections.
• Support SME for policies and procedures.
• Ensure data integrity through audits of the HR Information System.
• Update and analyze work process design for policies and procedures.
• Provide policy interpretation recommendations.
• Serve as employee and customer advocate.
• Conduct analysis and prepare HR reports to administer policies and programs.
• Meet internal quality standards and targets.
