Carrier Global Corporation in Monterrey is seeking an HR Advisor to join a fast-paced team serving the Americas region. You will deliver superior customer service, support HR Operations, and ensure data integrity while using ServiceNow and Workday.

The role emphasizes policy interpretation, employee advocacy, and reporting to improve the employee experience across the organization.

Formación

• University degree is required.
• 1 year of experience in HR or customer service.
• Advanced English (Conversational).
• Experience in customer service in the United States.
• Experience in phone and customer service support.
• Resolve inquiries through ServiceNow case management system, via telephony system, and Workday.
• Human resources knowledge base to provide consistent customer service.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve employee experience and enhance efficiency.
• Microsoft Office (Excel).

About the role

In this role, you will join a fast-paced Human Resources team serving employees, managers and HR colleagues for the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities

As a HR Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

• Provide superior customer service, accurate and timely first contact resolution to employees, managers, and HR professionals through phone.

• Provide support to Human Resource Operations team and business units with admin transactions, data validation, auditing and corrections.
• Support the subject matter expert (SME) for all policies and procedures.
• Ensure data integrity through audits of the HR Information System.
• Update and analyze work process design and flow for policies and procedures.
• Provide policy interpretation recommendations.
• Serve as an employee and customer advocate.
• Conduct analysis and prepare ongoing HR reports to effectively administer policies and programs.
• Responsible for achieving internally-set quality standards, identified goals and metrics and overall targets are met and/or exceeded.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• University Degree.
• 1 year of experience in HR or customer service.
• Advanced English (Conversational).
• Provide superior customer service, accurate and timely first contact resolution to employees, managers, and HR professionals.
• Experience in customer service in the United States.
• Experience in phone and customer service support.
• Resolve inquiries through ServiceNow case management system, via telephony system, and Workday, striving for first contact resolution.
• Human resources knowledge base to provide consistent customer service.
