AkzoNobel is hiring a Human Resources Advisor for the Apodaca manufacturing site in Mexico. The role focuses on Talent Acquisition across Mexico and exposure to broader HR processes, including employee and labor relations, talent management, HR systems, compliance and continuous improvement.
You will lead end-to-end recruitment across Mexico, advise leaders on talent and employee topics, and partner with HR teams to improve processes and the employee experience.
