AkzoNobel in Apodaca, Mexico, is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to lead talent acquisition across the country and to contribute to broader HR processes at the manufacturing site.

The role combines hands-on recruitment with employee relations, HR systems, compliance and continuous improvement, partnering with local, regional and global HR teams to enhance the candidate and employee experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR and/or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across Mexico, partnering with Hiring Managers.
• Source, interview and assess talent, build pipelines and deliver a great candidate experience.
• Advise leaders on talent, performance, development and employee-related topics.
• Support labor and union relations at the Apodaca site.
• Maintain accurate HR information and support processes through SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
• Participate in HR compliance activities and audits, including IATF/ISO requirements.
• Partner with local, regional and global HR teams to continuously improve processes and employee experience.

We’re looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join our team at our Apodaca manufacturing site.

This is a dynamic role with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition across Mexico, combined with hands‑on exposure to broader HR processes, including employee and labor relations, talent management, HR systems, compliance and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across Mexico, partnering closely with Hiring Managers.
• Source, interview and assess talent, building strong candidate pipelines and delivering a great candidate experience.
• Advise leaders on talent, performance, development and employee‑related topics.
• Support labor and union relations at the Apodaca site.
• Maintain accurate HR information and support processes through SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
• Participate in HR compliance activities and audits, including IATF/ISO requirements.
• Partner with local, regional and global HR teams to continuously improve our processes and employee experience.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly valued.
• Strong communication, organization and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience with SuccessFactors, TRESS or similar HR systems is a plus.
• Exposure to labor relations, union environments, IATF 16949 or ISO audits is highly desirable.
• A proactive, customer‑focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
