Atlas Copco Holding GmbH is seeking an HR Business Partner in Mexico to drive operational HR excellence and employee support for Desoutter manufacturing centers. The role focuses on talent management, compliance, and leadership initiatives across ITBA Mexico, with hybrid work and frequent travel between Tlalnepantla de Baz and Puebla.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Master's degree and/or professional HR certifications are advantageous.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• HR Business Partner experience in a manufacturing, industrial, technical service, or engineering environment.
• Experience in a matrix organization.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.

In this role, your mission is to drive business success by delivering operational HR excellence and employee support for the Desoutter, Industrial Assembly& Machine Vision Solutions Customer Centers in Mexico, ensuring compliance, people development, talent management and an outstanding employee experience, while supporting transformational leadership initiativies (e.g. leading & thriving in change, psychological safety) in the Industrial Technique Business Area in Mexico. Together with your HR colleagues, you will generate synergies and drive impactful people initiatives across the ITBA organizations in Mexico.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• HR Business Partner experience in a manufacturing, industrial, technical service, or engineering environment.
• Experience in a matrix organization.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.

Your location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our offices in Tlalnepantla de Baz and Puebla. You are expected to travel frequently between both office locations, andalso nationally for importantemployee lifecycle related events.
