InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a senior professional to co-manage hotel projects across LATAM, focusing on Property Improvement Plans and New Development. You will act as a design and construction expert, guiding franchisees and teams to ensure compliance with Brand Standards, ADA, and safety requirements.

The role requires strong project management, communication, and travel up to 75% within LATAM, with base in Mexico City.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master in Architecture, Design, Construction Management or equivalent.
• AIA or ASID certifications preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years in design, architecture or construction management, with hotel renovation/new build exp.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PIP and ND projects within assigned LATAM territory, ensuring conformance to brand standards and ADA requirements.
• Provide design guidance to franchisees and project teams through all design phases.
• Manage project meetings, milestones, and budgets; mentor junior staff as needed.
• Travel up to 75% of the time and coordinate with ownership and design teams.
