InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Lead Engineer IT Software Development & Maintenance to guide a team of developers and support roles. You will provide technical leadership, coaching, and day-to-day workflow management, triaging complex issues and mentoring junior staff.

Lead cross-team collaboration on complex projects, conduct code reviews, and ensure governance and SDLC standards. This hybrid role requires weekly office presence in Guadalajara and strong multi-technology experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience across multiple disciplines.
• Experience with geographically dispersed teams and holistic development views.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical solutions for complex problems across design, coding, debugging and documentation.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate system tests for reliability and maintainability.
• Lead proofs of concepts and advise senior IT management on strategic decisions.
