Rosewood Hotel Group in Mexico is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute capital projects across the property, ensuring luxury standards and minimal guest disruption. You will lead MSC planning, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination with a focus on sustainability and safety.

The role requires collaboration with Operations, Finance, Design, and ownership representatives to deliver high-quality renovations on time and within budget.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in luxury hospitality or high-end developments.
• Experience managing hotel renovations and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and execute renovations and CAPEX projects from concept through completion.
• Develop schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and implementation plans.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and manage budget variances.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and external partners.
• Prepare regular status reports for senior leadership and executives.
