IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced professional to co-manage hotel projects within a LATAM territory, focusing on PIP and New Development for mid-to upscale brands. You will act as a design and construction expert, collaborating with franchisees and design teams to meet brand standards and safety requirements.

The role requires 8+ years in design/construction management, proficiency in plan reviews, and frequent travel.

Formación

• 8+ years progressive work-related experience in design, architecture or construction management.
• Experience in hotel renovation or new build projects, including planning and approvals.
• Ability to read blueprints for architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of Brand Standards, ADA requirements, and building codes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage PIP/ND projects, ensuring compliance with Franchise Agreements and Brand Standards.
• Lead design reviews, provide guidance to franchisees and design teams, and ensure timely milestones.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and contractors to align scope, budget, and timeline.
• Conduct on-site PIP visits and ND progress reviews to verify conformance and milestones.
• Travel up to 75% across LATAM; remote work when not on-site.
