Job summary

Montage International is seeking a hardworking Dishwash/ Steward to maintain a spotless, organized kitchen and support banquet and restaurant operations. You will handle cleaning, sanitizing, stock replenishment, and assisting with event service while adhering to health code requirements.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing/stewarding experience is a plus.
• Basic communication skills required.
• Hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean, transport, and store china, glassware, and kitchen equipment used in food & beverage operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, bins, and recycling areas.
• Assist with stocking and restocking kitchen supplies and towels.
• Support food & beverage operations for events and functions.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure proper sanitation and storage of items.
