Hyatt International is seeking a Chief Steward to lead the Stewarding department in line with brand standards, ensuring efficient back-of-house operations across kitchens, outlets and banquets with clean, well-maintained equipment.

The role emphasizes sanitation compliance, cost control and budgeting, inventory management, and strong leadership to motivate a team in a fast-paced luxury environment. Excellent communication with kitchen and service teams is essential.

Formación

• Ideally a related degree in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• 3-4 years of experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation regulations and kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Advanced English proficiency in oral and written communication.
• Experience planning, executing, and optimizing setups.
• Experience in inventory management, cost control, and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office; ability to learn new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure efficient running of the Stewarding department.
• Maintain an organized and clean back-of-house area.
• Provide kitchens, outlets and banquets with clean operating equipment.
• Operate as a cost centre aligned with business levels.
