Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd in Mexico City is seeking a Sales & Activation Manager who can open doors, build great relationships and excite a brand across Mexico’s premium hospitality scene. This hybrid, full-time role includes travel to Oaxaca and Guadalajara, managing accounts, pitching venues, securing listings, and coordinating campaigns with sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, account management, trade marketing or activations.
• Native-level Spanish and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Build your network across Mexico's premium hospitality scene, from bars to hotels and restaurants.
• Find venues for the brand and convert introductions into listings and sales.
• Work with bar teams to get the product onto menus and noticed.
• Lead tastings, bartender sessions, events and in-venue promotions.
• Develop relationships with influencers who affect what gets poured and ordered.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on campaigns, launches and materials.
• Track new business, sales activity and event results.
• Manage customer accounts and keep the business operations on track.
• Explore opportunities to expand brand reach in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Oaxaca.
