COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a Sales & Activation Manager based in Mexico City with travel to Oaxaca and Guadalajara. The role is hybrid and full-time, focusing on opening doors, building relationships and driving brand activations across premium hospitality venues.

You will engage with bars, restaurants and hotels, pitching ideas, coordinating events and expanding the brand's footprint in Mexico while managing accounts and promotions.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, account management, trade marketing or activations.
• Excellent people skills and relationship-building for business development.
• Confident presenting ideas and negotiating opportunities.
• Enjoys the hospitality industry and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel within Mexico and based in Mexico City.

Responsibilities

• Build a network across Mexico's premium hospitality scene.
• Identify venues for the brand and convert introductions into listings.
• Collaborate with bar teams to feature products on menus.
• Lead tastings, bartender sessions, events and in-venue promotions.
• Develop relationships with influencers of beverage selection.
• Partner with sales and marketing on campaigns and launches.
• Track new business, sales activity and event results.
• Manage customer accounts and keep operations running smoothly.
• Explore opportunities to expand in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Oaxaca.
