Job summary

Aman is seeking an IT Officer to deliver first-level technical support for our luxury resort in Mexico. You will ensure hardware, software, networks, and operating systems run smoothly for staff and guests, while assisting the IT Manager in operational plans.

You will also maintain incident logs, perform basic diagnostics, and participate in security and disaster recovery initiatives as part of a dedicated IT team.

Qualifications

• Técnico o bachiller en sistemas o IT, o carrera afín.
• 2–4 years in technical support or similar roles.
• Desirable hospitality/ luxury hotel experience.
• Familiarity with LAN/Wi-Fi networks and cabling.
• Experience with Opera PMS and POS systems is a plus.
