Uber Freight in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will confidently manage a high volume of concurrent searches across multiple business lines, own the search strategy, and contribute to attracting and hiring top talent.

You will use diverse sourcing tools, perform market mapping, screen candidates, keep the ATS updated, and collaborate with the TA team to improve processes and candidate experience, helping Uber Freight grow in the freight technology

Formación

• Bachelor's degree completed or about to graduate.
• Up to 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or related field.
• Experience managing multiple searches in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute active and proactive sourcing for multiple open positions.
• Manage several searches simultaneously with pipeline visibility.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, and job boards to build pipelines.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify candidates.
• Screen candidates initially before handing off to recruiting team.
• Keep ATS updated at every stage.
• Use sourcing dashboards and metrics to monitor pipeline health.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely communication.
• Collaborate with TA team to share learnings and improve processes.
