Job summary

Eaton is seeking a High Performance Work Team Manager in Tijuana to lead manufacturing, NPI and production of deliverables meeting customer expectations. You will manage hourly, indirect and salaried resources, drive safety, quality and continuous improvement using EBS and CIF to achieve strong performance metrics.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, leadership experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing/operations experience.
• 3–5 years of experience leading others.
• Proficient in reading and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing, new product introduction and production.
• Lead a multifunctional team (15–25 headcount) to meet metrics.
• Drive safety, quality and continuous improvement using EBS/CIF.
• Lead meetings and support site initiatives (Near Miss, JSA, IDEAS).
• Engage employees and empower decision making throughout the organization.
