Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a senior leader for Value & Access in Mexico. You will design and execute access, value, and pricing strategies, ensuring launches align with regulatory and payer requirements.

This role combines HEOR depth with people leadership across a multidisciplinary team. You will manage the HEOR and pricing agenda, collaborate with regulatory, medical, and commercial teams, and engage proactively with health authorities to secure timely patient access.

Formación

• Experience in HEOR, pricing, and market access within pharma.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Knowledge of Mexican HTA and health authorities processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of access, value, and pricing strategies for launches.
• Manage the Value & Access Partner and Pricing Manager.
• Oversee HEOR studies and provide evidence for submissions to authorities.
• Develop external relationships with health authorities and stakeholders.
