Overseas is seeking a Senior HR Director to build and own the people function from scratch, overseeing recruitment, executive search, organizational design, performance management, and employee relations. This is a fully remote role open to candidates across Latin America, reporting directly to senior leadership.

The position emphasizes HR ROI, building scalable systems, headhunting C-suite and senior leaders, and ensuring compliant, decisive action on underperformance.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership experience in a growing entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience scaling a company from ~40–50 to 100+ employees.
• Executive search and direct hiring of C-suite and senior leaders.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and distributed teams.
• Excellent spoken and written English with executive presence.

Responsabilités

• Own recruitment at all levels, including executive search.
• Design onboarding and offboarding with KPI framework for accountability.
• Lead organizational design and HR policies compliant with US laws.
• Manage employee relations and performance management.
