Swiss Re Corporate Solutions is seeking a market-oriented Property Underwriter for Mexico to grow a profitable portfolio and strengthen relationships with brokers and clients. You will underwrite Property risks, negotiate terms and pricing, and collaborate with underwriting, engineering and claims teams to deliver tailored solutions that balance risk and profitability.

• 4–7 years of experience within the insurance industry.
• Solid Property underwriting experience in the Mexican market.
• Strong and established network within the Mexican Property insurance market, with demonstrated experience managing broker relationships and originating new business opportunities.
• Proven ability to develop business opportunities and manage commercial relationships.
• Good understanding of Property risk assessment, pricing and portfolio management principles.
• Experience negotiating terms, conditions and pricing with brokers and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow a profitable Property portfolio within the Mexican market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to generate new business and maintain renewals.
• Underwrite Property risks within delegated authority balancing technical assessment with commercial objectives.
• Negotiate terms, conditions and pricing while ensuring sustainable portfolio profitability.
• Collaborate across underwriting, engineering, claims and other functions to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Promote and cross-sell the broader Swiss Re Corporate Solutions product offering.
• Leverage underwriting tools, market insights and portfolio analysis to support sound business decisions.
