American International Group, Inc. (AIG) in Mexico City seeks a Head of Property to lead the Property Line of Business within Commercial Lines. The role reports to the Commercial Lines Product Director and is overseen by the LAC Regional Head of Property, guiding seven underwriters and shaping strategic direction.

The leader will recruit, coach and develop talent, drive market-leading products, and collaborate across Claims, Actuarial and Distribution to optimize pricing, risk and client value.

Responsabilidades

• Define the Property strategy in Mexico, aligned with LAC and International Commercial Property strategies.
• Drive the Property vision and value proposition.
• Find, recruit, train, develop and retain high performance people.
• Support seven Property underwriters in making business decisions leveraging expertise and data models.
• Develop and deliver innovative, market-leading products and services that meet customer needs.
• Drive underwriting and operational excellence across all Property businesses with adherence to guidelines and pricing.
• Promote synergies among Distribution, underwriting teams and support staff.
• Collaborate with Claims and Actuarial on pricing tools and excellence.
