Job summary

Evans Transportation Services in Querétaro is hiring an Office and Operations Manager to lead the account management and operations teams behind the Evans Experience. You will work with the VP of Mexico Operations and coordinate with the Laredo GM to design scalable processes in a fast-paced, 3PL setting.

The role requires 3–5+ years in logistics, strong TL knowledge, advanced English, and experience with TMS platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or 3PL operations.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team coaching experience.
• Experience using TMS platforms and transportation technology.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of U.S. geography and freight markets.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly account performance against volume, GP, and GP% targets.
• Provide performance reports and action plans to hit targets.
• Coach and mentor Account Managers on TL operations and client management.
• Guide order entry, load validation, spot quoting, and load builds.
• Help team maximize use of bid boards and TMS platforms.
• Lead training, feedback, and performance coaching.
• Act as main escalation point for operational issues and fix root causes.
• Coordinate with Laredo GM to shape future structure.
• Drive adoption of new processes and ensure scalable ops.
