Evans Transportation Services seeks a Track and Trace (After-hours Support) specialist in Querétaro to keep North America moving during evening and overnight shifts. You will own each order from entry to final delivery, coordinating with carriers, drivers, dispatchers, consignees, and Account Managers.

Fluency in English and strong MS Office skills are required, with prior logistics or customer service experience considered a plus. The role is full-time and long-term, based in Querétaro.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Exceptional customer service, with strong organization and multitasking.
• Ability to solve problems independently without direct on-site supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• A team-oriented, self-motivated approach and reliable attendance.
• Comfort working an evening/overnight schedule.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Enter and validate LTL and TL orders received after hours, applying the correct customer rates in the TMS.
• Check order and account data and fix any missing or incorrect information.
• Schedule and confirm pickup and delivery appointments with carriers and consignees.
• Work tracking reports to find loads still waiting on a PRO number and to monitor active in-transit shipments.
• Make check calls to drivers and dispatchers to get status updates on in-transit loads.
• Update ETAs, flag shipments trending late, and reschedule missed pickups with the correct reason code.
• Mark shipments as picked up with accurate PRO numbers and times, and leave clear, timestamped notes on every load.
• Monitor the shared after-hours inbox and respond to escalated customer and vendor messages promptly and professionally.
• Communicate delivery updates and exceptions to assigned accounts by TMS, email, and phone, and coordinate intercepts or recovery plans when delays happen.
• Keep internal tracking logs up to date, flag recurring service issues to the right Account Manager, and hand off a clean, well-documented queue at the end of each shift.
