Job summary

Evans Transportation Services in Querétaro is seeking a Visibility Manager (Track & Trace) to lead the Track & Trace team within Managed Operations. You will train, coach, and uphold Evans standards, ensuring timely updates and proactive exception handling across loads.

You will focus on scaling automation and AI while maintaining service, driving adherence to procedures, and delivering clear communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in transportation operations, Track & Trace, shipment visibility, brokerage operations, or related logistics work.
• Strong understanding of the full truckload lifecycle: dispatch, pickup, in transit, delivery, exceptions, and POD.
• Experience working inside a TMS and managing work from operational queues and boards.
• Advanced English, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Proven ability to train, coach, document expectations, and hold people accountable.
• Comfort managing daily and weekly KPIs, past-due work, quality audits, and workload.
• Strong judgment on exception management and escalation.
• Ability to build structure without overcomplicating the operation.

Responsibilities

• Own daily team management, workload allocation, and shift priorities across loads.
• Train, certify, and develop Visibility Specialists on Evans standards and escalation.
• Coach performance with KPIs, quality audits, and real shipment examples.
• Grow MacroPoint and ELD adoption while reducing manual check calls.
• Ensure timely human intervention for exceptions and POD processes.
• Drive milestone timeliness across pickup, transit, and delivery events.
• Collaborate with Carrier Procurement on incomplete driver information.
• Identify root causes and implement automation/AI initiatives.
