Amazon is seeking a senior leader to own the Middle Mile transportation strategy for Mexico. You will drive multi-year network design, capacity planning, and procurement, partnering with Finance, Product, Tech, and Operations to deliver scalable, cost-effective solutions.

You will lead a team of PMs and analysts, shape the 18-month network plan, and present to senior leadership. Fluent English and extensive cross-functional leadership are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred for advanced strategic leadership.
• Experience delivering cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior leadership.
• Strong background in network design, capacity planning or transportation modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Own multi-year Middle Mile transportation strategy for Mexico, balancing cost, speed, capacity, and customer experience.
• Lead annual network plan, quarterly capacity commit, and lane design across 1P/3P.
• Own transit time promises, DEA metrics, and governance for the network.
• Drive transportation procurement including carrier sourcing, contracts, and rates.
• Develop and own roadmaps for all Middle Mile programs and coordinate with operating teams.
• Maintain single source of truth for network speed and cost with KPIs and scorecards.
• Lead headcount planning and investment proposals with Finance; executive reviews.
• Build alignment mechanisms and land decisions with senior leadership.
