Albo busca un Gerente de Recursos Humanos Estratégico para liderar la función de RRHH en Monterrey, NL. El líder reportará a la alta dirección, desarrollando estrategias de RRHH y supervisando reclutamiento, relaciones laborales, desempeño y compensaciones en un entorno de rápido crecimiento.

El/la candidato/a ideal tendrá maestría en RRHH, 10+ años de experiencia y fluidez en español e inglés, con capacidad de influir a nivel ejecutivo y gestionar cambios organizacionales.

Qualifikationen

• Maestría en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.
• 10+ años de experiencia en RRHH, 5+ años en liderazgo senior (Head/Director).
• Experiencia en RRHH en tecnología o empresa de rápido crecimiento.
• Conocimiento sólido de RRHH y normativa laboral mexicana.
• Capacidad para influir y colaborar con la alta dirección.
• Experiencia en gestión del cambio y desarrollo organizacional.
• Conocimientos en HRIS y tecnologías de RRHH.
• Fluencia en español e inglés.

Aufgaben

• Desarrollar e implementar estrategias e iniciativas de RRHH alineadas a objetivos del negocio.
• Supervisar operaciones de RRHH: adquisición, compromiso, desempeño, compensación y beneficios.
• Liderar el equipo de RRHH y guiar a la dirección en diseño organizacional y planificación de la fuerza laboral.
• Asesorar a liderazgo en cambios organizacionales y diseño de estructuras.
• Desarrollar y mantener políticas y procedimientos de RRHH y cumplimiento laboral.
• Fomentar una cultura inclusiva y de alto rendimiento.
• Gestionar relaciones laborales y aplicar políticas de forma justa.
• Gestión de talento y planes de sucesión.
• Presupuestar y optimizar operaciones de RRHH.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Oversee all HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, compensation, and benefits.
• Lead the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Partner with senior leadership to advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that attracts and retains top talent.
• Manage employee relations issues and ensure fair and consistent application of policies.
• Oversee talent management and succession planning programs.
• Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective HR operations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (HR Manager, Director, or Head of HR).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies in a technology or fast-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of all HR functions, including Mexican labor law and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with executive leadership.
• Experience in change management and organizational development.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
