Albo busca un Gerente de Recursos Humanos Estratégico para liderar la función de RRHH en Monterrey. Este rol senior ofrece la oportunidad de diseñar e implementar estrategias que impulsen el crecimiento y la cultura de la empresa tecnológica.

El candidato ideal tendrá más de 10 años en RRHH, al menos 5 en posiciones de dirección, dominio de la legislación laboral mexicana y experiencia en entornos de rápido crecimiento. Se valora el manejo de HRIS y fluidez en español e inglés.

Qualifications

• Maestría en RRHH o campo relacionado.
• Más de 10 años de experiencia en RRHH.
• Al menos 5 años en roles de liderazgo.
• Conocimiento de la legislación laboral mexicana.
• Capacidad para influir y asesorar a la alta dirección.
• Experiencia en entornos tecnológicos o de rápido crecimiento.
• Dominio de HRIS y tecnologías HR.
• Español e inglés fluidos.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Oversee all HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, compensation, and benefits.
• Lead the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Partner with senior leadership to advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that attracts and retains top talent.
• Manage employee relations issues and ensure fair and consistent application of policies.
• Oversee talent management and succession planning programs.
• Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective HR operations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (HR Manager, Director, or Head of HR).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies in a technology or fast-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of all HR functions, including Mexican labor law and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with executive leadership.
• Experience in change management and organizational development.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
