Job summary

Tilt, a global fintech leader, is hiring a Senior Credit Manager for Mexico. You will own the day-to-day credit performance of the cash-advance product, set and tune policies, manage unit economics, and run experiments to improve growth and profitability.

The role reports to the Head of Credit, Mexico, and collaborates with data science, product, and finance teams. We value remote work with a strong preference for candidates based in Mexico, plus regular travel for onsite gatherings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consumer credit risk, fintech or digital lending.
• Experience managing credit policy for a live portfolio.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflow velocity and impact.
• Built or owned a unit economics or valuations model for business decisions.
• Designed and interpreted A/B tests with guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Own the credit performance of core product in Mexico, including policy, pricing, and repeat-loan progression.
• Model and improve the valuations model used for credit and marketing decisions.
• Design, launch, and analyze experiments across the borrower lifecycle.
• Monitor vintage performance, delinquency, and roll rates; diagnose and fix drift.
• Partner with Data Science to productionize new risk models and plan releases.
