Job summary

Naya Homes is building a tech-enabled hospitality platform in Latin America. As a Happiness Agent in Mexico City, you will own guest experience across a growing portfolio of units and coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and property managers.

You'll onboard new units, help scale processes, and craft playbooks for future hires while shaping culture in a fast-moving startup.

This role offers high visibility and potential career growth within the company as we expand across LatAm.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in hospitality, tech, or other operational roles within startups.
• You feel at working independently and being scrappy- you get things done with limited guidance and resources.
• You fundamentally love hosting, hospitality, and genuinely enjoy seeing guests experience magic.

Responsibilities

• Manage key KPIs on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency for your portfolio.
• Coordinate with the operations team on cleaning, maintenance, and furnishing to guarantee the best experience.
