Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in reservations, guest services or related hospitality roles.
• Strong communication skills for telephone and written interactions.
• Experience with reservation systems, preferably Opera PMS.

Aufgaben

• Manage individual reservations with accuracy, efficiency, and a guest-centric approach.
• Provide personalized guidance on room categories, rates, policies, packages, and amenities.
• Identify upselling opportunities to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Create, modify, and cancel reservations while keeping guest profiles up to date.
• Record guest requests and ensure timely follow-up throughout the journey.
• Collaborate with Front Desk, Guest Experience, Housekeeping, and other teams.
