Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo in Mexico seeks a Guest Experience Agent to deliver exceptional, personalized service from pre-arrival to departure. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless guest journeys and loyalty, maintaining Four Seasons luxury standards.

With 1+ year in luxury hospitality and strong communication, you will engage guests, handle inquiries, and promote resort experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in luxury hospitality or guest-facing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate guest needs and personalize service.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized, memorable guest experiences across the guest journey.
• Serve as main contact for guests, handling inquiries and special requests with professionalism.
• Anticipate guest needs by reviewing preferences and stay history.
• Coordinate experiences with Concierge, Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, F&B, and Transportation.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and recover service as needed.
