Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Fire Protection Sales Specialist for Guadalajara to profitably expand its market share in the region. You will develop annual plans, manage contractor and engineer accounts, and drive adoption of Victaulic’s complete product line within owner-led projects.

The role requires strong sales results, project management, and ability to engage owners, engineers, and contractors. Occasional travel and a robust network-building approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Working proficiency in English.
• Valid Passport and B1/B2 visa.
• Previous sales experience selling value-added products/services; preferably in commercial construction, PVF, or mechanical sectors.
• Demonstrated achievements in sales.
• Ability to develop and nurture long-standing relationships.
• Solid project management skills.
• Self-motivated, confident.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel overnight as required by the position and territory.
• Team player.
• Competitive, flexible and resilient by nature.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to work in a virtual setting with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a yearly business plan achieving market, product, and profitability goals.
• Manage contractor opportunity matrix and report monthly.
• Manage engineers/owners relationships with progress tracked monthly.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and introduce Victaulic’s full line.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager on strategic planning for sales in the territory.
• Understand product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
• Develop and manage distribution networks and distributor strategy sessions.
• Influence decision-makers to maximize Victaulic sales potential.
