Flex is seeking a Production Manager for the Guadalajara North Campus. You will lead production supervisors, drive operational excellence on the floor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet product demand and budgets.

The role requires experience in electronics manufacturing, people management, and strong communication skills to effectively present updates to management and customers.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience as Operations Manager.
• Knowledge of electronics assembly processes.
• Ability to present information to managers, clients, and the public.

Responsabilidades

• Guide department activities to support product design, modify production, and improve techniques.
• Forecast operating costs and prepare budget requests.
• Develop strategic plan and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the function.
• Prioritize production schedules to meet customer requirements based on introduction, equipment, and materials.
• Manage relations with executives and major customers to maintain relationships.
