Arkham Technologies in Mexico City is seeking a GTM Strategy & Ops Intern to learn how to scale Arkham’s go-to-market engine. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of GTM strategy, data & AI, and commercial execution, and you will work closely with the founding team to turn market intelligence into opportunities.

You’ll support account and market intelligence, assist in account strategy, prepare customer-facing materials, track opportunities, and help improve Arkham’s GTM tools and data

Formación

• Early in your career (student or recent graduate).
• Highly analytical and curious.
• Structured, detail-oriented and proactive.
• Interested in startups, AI and enterprise operations.

Responsabilidades

• Support account and market intelligence: research target markets and enterprise accounts, map stakeholders, industries and company structures, identify use cases and opportunities.
• Assist in account strategy development: translate product capabilities into use cases and connect operational challenges to business outcomes.
• Prepare customer-facing materials: build tailored presentations and one-pagers, craft clear narratives and frame value propositions.
• Support commercial execution: track pipeline and opportunities, ensure follow-ups, maintain structured information across deals.
• Contribute to GTM systems: use and improve Arkham’s internal GTM tools, organize data/workflows/insights, learn how AI can enhance processes.
