Job summary

JumpCloud is seeking a highly technical GTM systems and operations professional to design, build, and operationalize agentic outbound workflows. This role reports to the Sr.

Director of Marketing Operations and sits in a remote-first environment in Mexico. You will integrate Salesforce, Marketo, Gong Engage, and other tools, automate lead and account workflows, and drive measurable improvements in pipeline generation and seller productivity.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with modern GTM systems including Salesforce, Marketo, Gong Engage and outbound platforms.
• Experience building and maintaining workflows across tools such as Clay, Openprise, Zapier, Replit.
• Strong understanding of outbound operations, lead/account flows, enrichment strategies, segmentation, and GTM data management.
• In-depth understanding of MCPs and best practices for MCP utilization and efficiency.
• Practical AI/automation experience in GTM workflows beyond experiments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operationalize agentic outbound systems and workflows.
• Integrate workflows across Salesforce, Marketo, Gong Engage, enrichment providers, and engagement tools.
• Reduce manual BDR work through automation while boosting outbound quality and scalability.
• Support evolving outbound programs with AI targeting, scoring, enrichment, and orchestration.
• Prototype, deploy, measure, and improve GTM workflows with a bias toward measurable impact.
