Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies de Mexico S.A. de C.V. in Queretaro is seeking a Growth Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives, analyze KPI data, and drive readiness for New Product Introductions. The role is hybrid, with a focus on optimizing processes and collaborating across teams.

You will mentor apprentices and technicians, ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, and contribute to the development of training materials and program delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
• Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience
• Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
• Professional-Level English language skills preferred
• Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
• Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations.
• Innovation: Drives and supports innovative ideas, while taking informed risks to seek and develop new or improved solutions.
• Drive & Execution: Proactively identifies what needs to be done and takes action. Explores new ways and pursues new opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Inputs and analyses numerical data to identify patterns and relationships that can be used to develop optimal workflows and processes
• Reviews KPI monitoring systems and uses technology to achieve goals
• Drives and champions a continuous improvement culture
• Supports New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to prepare products or processes for launch
• Ensures that all local, legal and Freudenberg requirements regarding Health, Safety, and Environment are fulfilled
• Supports the creation of training documents and delivers training
• Mentors Apprentices and Technicians to increase individual and team understanding and capability
