Freudenberg in Mexico is seeking a process improvement professional to enhance capabilities, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will support NPI activities, ensure HSE compliance, and mentor junior staff.

Ideal candidates have a relevant degree, industry experience, and strong English skills. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration within Freudenberg Group.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
• Industry-relevant experience is required or compensated by advanced degrees.
• Certifications, system experience, and training are preferred.
• Professional-level English language skills are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains and improves process capabilities using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Inputs and analyses numerical data to identify patterns and develop optimal workflows and processes.
• Reviews KPI monitoring systems and uses technology to achieve goals.
• Drives and champions a continuous improvement culture.
• Supports New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to prepare products or processes for launch.
• Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment requirements.
• Supports the creation of training documents and delivers training.
• Mentors Apprentices and Technicians to increase individual and team capability.

• Maintains and improves process capabilities using appropriate tools and applicable methodologies
• Inputs and analyses numerical data to identify patterns and relationships that can be used to develop optimal workflows and processes
• Reviews Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring systems and uses technology to achieve goals
• Drives and champions a continuous improvement culture
• Supports New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to prepare products or processes for launch
• Ensures that all local, legal and Freudenberg requirements regarding Health, Safety, and Environment are fulfilled
• Supports the creation of training documents and delivers training
• Mentors Apprentices and Technicians to increase individual and team understanding and capability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
• Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience
• Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
• Professional-Level English language skills preferred
